Like the brand Lenovo, love the size, smaller than previous owned Lenovo. Long lasting had no problems for 6 yrs. With smaller size portability is better for older owners.

The laptop is great. Found Windows 11 a struggle. Specially when trying to use my older software and peripherals. Probably true for any make or model laptop. Don't give up. I eventually got everything working.

just need go get used to not having things stored on hard drive. I like it because I dont have to pay Microsoft to use spreadsheets and documents. use gogle sheets always free updates they store the data

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this computer very much! I am a HS student and it has served well with my schoolwork and gaming even though I don't use it much for games. I will say the only downside I noticed was the battery life isn't that good, if you don't have energy saver on then don't expect the battery to last a while. I noticed this when I used my computer, fully charged, for an hour and a half straight and 45 minutes in it was already on 30. Energy saver does lower your brightness so beware of that if it bothers you but you can change it manually. Other than that customizing is easy and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to buy their first computer.

I work in the field and for some reason this unit is the worst for hot spot connection. all my devices are fine but this unit prefers a high rate of mbps to function. Out of 3 laptops; this unit is the worst for connection speed and time
