I really like not having the bar across the back of my neck like with my other shokz, but I do have a hard time starting and stopping the music and increasing and decreasing the volume. Sometimes I tap twice and nothing happens. Sometimes both of my fingers are on either side of the battery pack to adjust the volume but nothing happens. Overall I am very pleased. Still trying to figures some things out, though.

They fit very well and are reasonably secure for that style of earbud. The sound quality is not great though. There are very frequent glitches and interruptions, especially outdoors. Honestly I had better sound quality with the equivalent soundcore product, that one I had to return though because the fit was bad. You can't have everything I suppose. I did expect more though from such an expensive pair.

I have 6 or more shokz headphones I have used over the years, open comm is used daily for multiple hours of teams calls. 2 separate pairs of open fits and others. I find I have to replace the headphones just after the warranty ends. I tried these new ones and the fall out during most runs. Very disappointing

After alot of trial and error of trying to find an earbud that fits my tiny ear holes- I was frustrated and about to give up when my neighbor was wearing the Dots- she likes them so hear I am- this is my first week with them on my ears and so far they are working pretty well

Love the color, it stands out and looks really upscale! The OpenDots One are great, comfortable to wear all day and the sound is very nice and balanced. I have had several Samsung ear buds and they are uncomfortable to wear and the sound always horrible, it's tinny and never loud enough, no matter how high I turn it up.

This is our families 3rd pair of Shockz. First OpenDots. We got them for our son who has trouble with ear infections and wearing earbuds. He says these have terrific sound. Cross our fingers that the open ear design will help keep the infections at bay!!!

Fantastic headphones that sounds great and stay where they are meant to. Only a slight problem where I try to put them in the case and they are still connected to my phone. This is more than likely my fault, just got to figure out what I'm doing wrong.

I honestly do really like the sound they make. The bass is solid, and the overall sound quality is nice and clear. BUT, the way it's designed only lets the sound come across cleanly if the speaker is aligned right with your ear. In other words if you shift the earbud out of the exact alignment it becomes quiet or not very clear. On top of that, the proper alignment blocks other sounds from your ear which is not ideal. On top of that the touch response is pretty poor and gesture settings are pretty unintuitive tbh. So while the sound quality is nice, they're just not designed or engineered very efficiently or optimally. (They would be better designed if they used the shape of your inner ear to bring the sound into your ear rather than needing it to be directly pointing at your ear hole(idk terminology). That way your ear would be more open to hearing other sounds and the alignment wouldn't need to be perfect for the sound to come across well. (I think Bose's open earbuds have a better engineered design that does that very well, but the sound quality is definitely not as good(a lot less to low key not enough at all bass is my main complaint with them).

I received the black OpenDots as an ambassador gift and ordered the red ones for myself. I'm absolutely in love with the quality and battery life. As a slower runner that can easily take 6+ hrs for a marathon, the OpenDots one will be my long run headphones of choice.

Sound quality is not too consistent, it doesn't work well in noisy situations and if I'm on the phone, the other person said the hear all the background noise even when I have the settings to quiet the background noise. I worked out with them, they kept moving around and didnt stay put.
