To achieve a better fit with Shokz OpenDots ONE, place the ball-shaped speaker on the inner ridge of your ear and the battery behind it, angling the JointArc slightly downward (0°–30° to the ground). Avoid bending the arc excessively or inserting the speaker into the ear canal to ensure maximum comfort and security. <br />If you find these are not a good fit for you, we kindly ask that you reach out to Sam&#39;s Club Customer Service directly to learn of their return policy. Wonderful design.

I love the dots. I, unfortunately will not be able to use them as where the metal parts touch my skin i break out in a rash. I am so bummed. They are so light weight. I like not having to push the tiny buttons for on and off. I wear my other Shokz so much that I wear out those controls.
