Satisfied

Always had hard time finding'buds' that fit due to me having glasses, and they so light weight I forget they even on!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great but not for me

Unfortunately I am allergic to open dots. After wearing for 10 hours my skin breaks out and oozes.

Love it!

I have open run one too & it rubs back of my neck so these are so much better! Wore it all day yesterday. Almost forgot it was there!! 😆

Sound quality not great

I like the feeling of them but the sound quatily was not that great. I could hear too much outside noise and it was not good for what I wanted.

I bought the Dots one. Sounds like there will be a dots 2. I just found out a 20% off is coming. I paid full price like a sucker.

Hello - Shokz here! We're sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your OpenDots ONE. We highly recommend ensuring that the latest firmware version has been updated. We then suggest a manual reset of the headphones. To reset your Shokz OpenDots ONE, place both earbuds in the charging case with the lid open and hold the function button on the back for 15 seconds. The light will flash orange for 5 seconds and then turn off, indicating a successful reset. This clears paired devices and restores default settings. If the reset doesn't resolve the issues, all Shokz come with a 2-year warranty. Please reach out to us if you need further assistance. Thank you!
