The lasting power was amazing and I felt good about it all day at works. The bottle is a great size. Overall I'll stick with what I use normally but this one is what my husband now prefers

The mint flavor makes my breath feel fresh all morning even after coffee. It doesn’t dry out your mouth like other mouthwash does.

Swishing is super easy because it's not the type to foam up in your mouth so swishing is comfortable. I love the flavor and that it leaves my mouth feeling super clean and refreshed for quite awhile. I wouldn't say this gives 12 hours of freshness, but definitely longer than any previous mouthwash I've used.
