The side chute was missing a bolt. I put gas and oil in and the lawn mower and it would start. BUER BEWARE

Was a pain to put together. Handle rubbed against the wheels and caused the nuts for the wheels to fall out. Only used it twice and had to put the nut for the wheels back on both times.

Great mower and easy to start. We love it. Easy to push and cuts perfect. Loved the price too. We would buy another one if we ever needed a mower. Will be easy to do maintenance on. Proud to own it.

The products plastic parts are flimsy and broke on the very first use of the mower. More cutting height adjustment holes should be added. There should be 6 adjustment holes instead of 3.

Wish I had bought this in the spring. I've been killing myself all summer with a 14" electric and my yard is too big. This was super easy to put together and my yard is done in half the time. And I don't have to wait 3 hours to charge a battery.

I don’t like this push mower because if you have to adjust the tires you have to take them all the way off. So that is not an easy job. Most mower’s have a lever where you can easily adjust the wheels not this one.

Item says 3 height options....... If you want to change you need to unbolt all 4 wheels (watch gas and oil dont leak out!) and adjust more than an inch. No tools included, you will need 2 x half inch sockets, at a pinch you can use a 1/2in ring / open end wrench and multi-grips. Compression release handle is a good idea for starting. Oil supplied but no indication of how much to add. Google tells me all of it (350-500ml) Probably suitable if you have a small yard and like mowing, but don't let it grow too much or you can't easily change the height to double mow. Overpriced for what it is even at $199. Wish I'd paid $350 for a real mower.

The instructions are too small to read, and the diagram showing how everything comes together is poorly printed and blurry. I was unable to tighten the hardware enough to get the handle and wheels securely fastened. I also realized during assembly that, in order to adjust the height of the mower, you have to remove all four wheels to do so.

Assembly of this mower is not all that difficult but some of the pieces are cheaply made and seem a bit both flimsy as well as the plastic handle bolts "strip" so that the plastic comes off of the actual bolts leaving a very long bolt sticking out from the handle and a hazard to one's legs. It also won't tighten very securely and thus remains quite loose, so I had to go get different bolts to use in place of them. This is all before the lawnmower was ever even started up for which it was purchased.

The only reason it isn't five stars is because the grass isn't really shooting out of the side discharge. It's just sort of leaving large clumps of cut grass under the mower. Easy assembly. Cuts well. It doesn't feel as heavy as most push mowers, so it's easier to turn.
