I have received my lawn mower as it looks, without tires or service parts (I can't assemble anything). I need to mow my lawn and I have no idea if I should return the product or if they would send me all the missing pieces in the meantime my lawn will continue to grow.

Instructions are a bit vague but can be figured out. The axles for the wheels should have a tad bit more spacing designed in BUT the mower starts very first pull and is strong and cuts well. Best thing about it is no California "safety" crap and does the job well.

Great power for a "little' mower. The negatives are more than more assembly is required and the instruction are extremely small, not descriptive or written well. Customer is required to assembly the wheels without proper instruction of the placement of the bearing. The one video on the internet for assembly also did not show proper assembly placement

Won’t start All gassed and oiled followed instructions. Pulled to start on numerous occasions until u can’t pull anymore going to try and return I’ve had lawnmowers many years and I know what I’m doing when it comes to lawnmowers this one just doesn’t

This little lawn mower if a workhorse. The cut is clean, which is great since I have zoysia grass. The only part of this mower I wish was different is the wheel height adjustment. It is manual which requires ratchet and wrench. Other than that I think this was worth the money.

The engine occasionally stalls. I thought it was because it wasn't warmed up but it continued. The rear flap was torn off immediately so rocks and other debris is shot backwards. The wheels doesn't look stable. I purchased this so I could have something to cut grass in a lot that I wouldn't be too upset if it was stolen.

Used for one minute before the wheels started falling off. Wish I had read other reviews that had the same problems before I bought it. There is either something wrong with the design or the instructions aren't correct about how to assemble. Personally, I think it is the design. I don't have time to waste on trying to figure it out. I immediately loaded it up and returned it.

The engine seems strong and powerful so kudos! for that. As far as the wheels are concerned that is a different story. They will tighten up to tight, so you back it out just a touch and then use it, the wheel or wheels come loose. It seems like a good mower it cuts well.

Didn’t come with instructions or tools to put it together. The tires keep falling off as your not given the proper bolts to keep them on. Mower is also not adjustable as stated. You’re better off spending the extra 100 to another mower or buying one used. This is an absolute price of junk and waste of money!

The assembly instructions are not at all clear, and the pictures are too small. the handles were not marked as to which side went where, so I has to take my best guess. I was wrong so I had to remove them. Marking the handles as to which side would have prevented that problem. Installing the side discharge was a pain until I discovered that one of the bolts had no threads. A factory defect. I can find no way to order this bolt, so I guess I will have to do without. Let me say that I am not without mechanic skills as I have taken an truck engine apart, rebuilt it and then re installed in the truck.
