I recently received this knife set from Cangshan and I am absolutely thrilled with these knives..I use the Come-apart Shears for e very meat I cut.. they cut thru bones on my wings just like it's cutting paper..no effort needed.. for cleaning they are the best.. just pull them apart and you can wash them,set them back together..the steak knives are perfect with every meal..The paring knife is lightweight and hold easily when peeling and vegetable especially potatoes..I love the Santoku knife and the Chef's knife for everything I cut ..onions,carrots.. it does a wonderful slicing job. Makes time cutting and skicing in half the time..They are both easy to hold..Best and highest quality knives!! Very well balanced..I’ve never had to sharpened them yet but there is a Honing sharpener and if needed I'll be using it.. they are washed in the dishwasher and so far there is no rust.. I would definitely recommend these knives to anyone. They come in white and black handles..very sleek and beautiful design..Than you Cangshan 😘

This is the first set of knives I have ever owned. After years of mismatched cheap knives, I finally found a set I was willing to spend the money on. The knives are shape and the weight is perfect. The handle design is comfortable and allows for ease of use. I have only had them for a couple of weeks, even though they are white nothing I’ve chopped up has stained the handles. Only time will tell how well they hold up.

Sharp and perfectly weight ion hand. I used them at my sister’s and immediately got myself and my son a set. Makes cooking better.

Had for about a month and a knife is already rusting… returning this week

Deciding to give Sam's Club a chance was a bad idea!!! Placed my order and was supposed to receve knife set but it was shoeing that that the package was misplaced. After calling and wasting the trying to see what's going on the was no explanation. Two days later it arrives defective. I call customer service and after being on hold for a while and being transferred to a supervisor because aparently their customer service representative are very limited on what they can do I reached a supervisor and after explaining again what the issue is he placed me yet on another hold. After being on the call waiting for 45 minutes he hanged up. What a horrible company who does not care about their customers and doesn't value their customer's time!!! Returning this item and already cancelled my membership !!!!
