Deciding to give Sam's Club a chance was a bad idea!!! Placed my order and was supposed to receve knife set but it was shoeing that that the package was misplaced. After calling and wasting the trying to see what's going on the was no explanation. Two days later it arrives defective. I call customer service and after being on hold for a while and being transferred to a supervisor because aparently their customer service representative are very limited on what they can do I reached a supervisor and after explaining again what the issue is he placed me yet on another hold. After being on the call waiting for 45 minutes he hanged up. What a horrible company who does not care about their customers and doesn't value their customer's time!!! Returning this item and already cancelled my membership !!!!
