Well made product - easy to put together! Very comfortable

Bought 2 Texas Rocking Chairs. One if the two was not able to be completed due to mfg. defects with slats and routing of slat insets. Tried to get corrected by customer service didn't come through . Items they sent originally and then at my ask for replace are poorly constructed. 0 for 2 going to cause. E to pause and consider other options.
