The table arrived in perfect condition, and the carrier helped me get in inside the house. But the paddles and balls were no where to be found. There was nothing on the box label or in the instructions that led me to believe the paddles and balls should have been included in that container. I called Sam's Club and was initially offered only an entire exchange or a refund for a return. I had already assembled the table and really didn't want to go through all the work and hassle of an exchange for a few missing accessories, not to mention the work and cost to Sam's Club. The "Member Advocate" eventually offered a credit that didn't quite pay for the missing accessories, but I accepted it. Disappointing aspect of an otherwise beautiful table at a great price.

Same as the other reviewer pretty much done installing the table to find out that there’s no paddles or balls. Same I also called Sam’s and they can only refund or replace what a waste of time I checked online and each paddle is $40 plus the 24 pack of balls is $25 so just imagine that $105 value not in the bundle.
