I have tried nearly every protein powder on the market, and this brand is better than all of the others I've tried. My entire family loves both the chocolate and the vanilla. The flavor is way better than you would expect from any protein powder, and it's not chalky at all. This has become a staple in our household.

My husband and I have been taking Kos for about 1 year. We r in our 70’s. It gives us extra energy. We love the taste. Feel like we are cheating on a diet! The taste is fantastic! We enjoy the chocolate and vanilla flavor with frozen fruit. Exceptional!

I love this protein, really good flavor and would def recommend.

They changed it completely :'-( (Probably to save a nickel on each overpriced container) Taste is far worse. Protein and calories are listed as the same, but the new one shows more fat. Only Vit D (0), iron (30%), potassium (4%), iodine (20%), and manganese (35%)are the same. The new version has: Less vit E (35 v 45%) Less niacin (2 v 20%) Less vit B12 (40 v 45%) Less copper (35 v 90%) Less chromium (35 v 60%) Less Calcium (40 v 50mg) Less riboflavin (25 v 40%) Less folic acid (4 v 5%) Less selenium (35 v 50%) Less molybdenum (35 v 70%) but it does have more zinc (20 v 15%) No mention of this change here that I can find :-( So buyer beware if you are subscribed like i am (WAS!)
