We just installed this rug about a month ago so I can't speak about durability just yet but it's so pretty. I do find it somewhat difficult to vacuum with my vacuum (it sucks it up too hard) so I may have to find a more gentle method for regular maintenance cleaning. Installation took a little patience but wasn't too difficult.

I bought one rug for the kitchen several months ago and it is such easy care and washes so well that I ordered another about 2 months ago. I am very satisfied with both, wish I had known about these before and would not have wasted time and money with other rugs. So many to choose from--already looking for another for more variety in the kitchen!

The rug looks good… we bought it to replace an old wool rug that had been trashed by our small dogs. But when we tried to use our carpet cleaner on the rug, it would not suck up the water. It works on every other carpet, just not this one. I know we can wash it in the washing machine, but we have to move the dining table and chairs, so I don’t want to do that every time a dog has an accident.

Hard to think I will go back to regular rugs after having Ruggables. I would always clean my rugs to a point of wearing them out, but justified their deterioration with "I'd rather have a clean rug than a nice one." But now we have both! Amazing the difference it makes cleaning something that is MADE to be cleaned. Also, the low-profile rugs are perfectly sweepable! I know most people may just vacuum, but for sweepers, it's awesome to not have to pick up and shake out the rug -- just keep sweeping!

My first and foremost reason for ordering this rug choice was this beautiful design. It is the perfect color scheme for the area. I ordered a runner for the entry hall off the garage and a 2x3 for the adjacent half bath. I love the color and the ease of cleaning. The fairly flat texture allows easy removal of heavier items, like mulch or pebbles. To be fair, I have not had occasion to wash either rug. It shakes easily and reassembling the top and bottom sections amounts to smoothing the top across and out to remove any “bubbles”. I wish a 2x4 size was available because that would be ideal as the bathroom floor covering. I plan to order another runner for the front hall and simply have not be able to narrow down the many choices. I do think a dressier thicker version will be my priority.

I purchased the flat 8x10 rug. Surprisingly it has a light texture and the color is worked into the fabric giving it a quality look. It sits flat on the edges where it meets the wood floor so no curling or tripping. The review was requested before it needed to be washed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color and the simple design and an so happy to have a washable option with 2 dogs. Assembly took a little longer than anticipated to get the large size aligned, but it was easy peasy - we just couldn't get it lined up straight. Definitely user error

I love the design and the thinness of the rugs. I especially love the backing which is removable. It provides great traction on my hardwood floors! I would highly recommend these rugs. I saw them and fell in love with them instan at my daughter’s new house.

The rug itself looks wonderful, however the edge of the rug that sees the most foot traffic is already looking worn and fraying in some spots after just a few months of use. The other rug I ordered at the same time does not look like this, so maybe it's a one-off, but for the price I would expect a high level of QC so that any issues would be identified before the product ships out.... And if it's not a QC issue then that's a worse scenario because it would mean just lackluster quality and a rug that won't last six months.

My understanding of ruggable was that while easy to clean these rugs had a pad that stopped them from moving much if at all. That has not been the case with out runner and then 3 various entry rugs. Even my wife who was excited for these is disappointed.
