My daughter saved up so much money to buy this build just to put it together and not work. We had to make adjustments along the way to keep the vending machine working but by the last bag it was locked up so badly that when you turned the knob the whole thing fell apart. I am very disappointed and hope lego can do something to make up for it

My 9 year old son loved putting this set together and finished it unassisted in less than a few days. He was so exciting he could not stop building. He really enjoys the mini figure machine mechanism and has loved putting each mini figure together as they come out of the dispenser. Great classic set! Much cooler than a gumball machine. He is looking forward to another Lego set to assemble.

Fully functional vending/gumball machine that was really fun to build with several unique minifigs inside each bag/step (16 total). The dispensing mechanism was clever and consistently works. My 4 year old had a great time "building" alongside me—really playing with the minifigs and the dispenser as it got built 😅 Good amount of nostalgia with the Fabuland and Space people. Maybe one too many Space people, though? Loved the unique Kraken warriors and Griffin Knights!

Fun and relatively easy build. Looks like the real thing! Works flawlessly-- just make sure to turn the mechanism gently as it does not take much force to operate. Had some kids turn it hard at first and it would end up separating some pieces by the knob.

This set was great to build. Brought back many memories of childhood. Very unique build!

This is probably one of my top favorites. I can’t wait to let my grand kids give it a try.
