Replacing a similar washable filter more than 10 years old. Seems better built with the small plastic ties to prevent fabric from slipping out. I had to swap 2 screws in my filter housing so that it would fit properly. I'm a believer in this type as most paper based one-way are too flimsy today to say nothing of the cost. Also with a 20x30, most one-ways tend to bow inward as they often have no real support in the middle.

Our old washable filters finally gave up after more than 15 years as the foam was falling apart. These seem to be the same brand , etc, so I hope they last as long!
