Can you say YUM! This is now my favorite. Good chocolatey taste! I have tried most of Mre lite shake powders but this one is really good! Mixes good and taste great as waffles too!

After a little research, I switched from whey to whole food protein. I still use Casein in the evening and after workouts, but this is great as a daily protein powder (and only one scoop per serving). I don't know about the cupcake taste, I haven't had a Hostess Cupcake in about 30 years. I will say this, I really like the taste. To me, it's kind of a nutty/chocolate/light coconut taste. I haven't mixed it with just water, so I can't say about that. I do mix it with unsweetened almond milk and water, and that mixed very well (I wouldn't think just water would be much different). BTW, Sam's has the best price on this product that I've found, and the shipping was very quick.

Taste great and lactose free. I get my Hostess Cupcake fix too.

Great taste! Has many types of meat proteins so can actually be a meal replacement.
