backlight failure and just started to use

Not as clear as my older tv .

More than I expected in terms of picture quality and it's smart features

I like the clear picture it shows on the screen. It was a fantastic buy for me.

tv keeps shutting off. they came out and supposedly fix it and it still has same problem
