followed online instructions but could not make it work. the machine was acting super charged, remote was too sensitive; never got the mobile connection to work even after we set up account on computer. the older Vizio had no issues (13 yrs old).

Bought our first Vizio in 2014....that TV lasted until August 2024. So we bought another one. It lasted 43 days. Talked to a Vizio rep on the warranty......still waiting on them.

Awesome TV- I set up my new tv and started watching. After about an hour or so I realized that I haven’t taken the plastic off of the tv yet 🤣🤣🤣 but that goes to show just how clear the picture is on this TV. Loving it 🥰
