I have high arches and in recent years (I am almost 40) I’ve realized I really can’t wear flat sandals on the regular anymore. I also can’t walk around barefoot in the house. So, I came across these shoes. If you have high arches and your aches are killing you on a regular basis, these are what you need in your life. I’d also recommend for people with heel pain because the footbed is really comfortable. I am so grateful for these! I’ve had pain the past few weeks requiring icy hot on my feet and I haven’t needed it in the week I’ve had these.

I’ve been wearing these OOFOS slides for work and everyday errands, and the comfort level is impressive. The balance and support are what stand out most — they really help reduce pressure on my feet and make walking feel much easier, especially after long hours standing. The cushioned footbed feels soft without being too squishy, so my feet still feel stable and supported. I also like how lightweight they are and how easy they are to slip on and off. The neutral color pairs well with casual outfits, scrubs, or lounge wear. They have a clean, minimalist look while still being practical. One thing I noticed is that the arch support is stronger than regular slides, which may take a day or two to get used to if you normally wear flat sandals. Once adjusted, though, they feel incredibly comfortable. Overall, these are great recovery shoes for anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet or wants supportive everyday sandals with excellent cushioning.

Soft shoes but they run large. Size down one size so you’re not disappointed like I was.

Initially, these Oofos sandels felt good. But today, after wearing them in the house for a few hours, the bottom of my feet started hurting. These are not acceptable. And...caveat emptor - let the buyer beware if you want to return anything purchased online. I spent hours on the phone. They don't let you mail anything in. My club never has a manager present and there's only one person at the return desk! This was a big mistake. Warning.

I'm a half size, so I ordered a size up. The sandals were way too small. I had to do six rounds of stretching them in the freezer. They are still tight, but I can at least wear them around the yard now and try to stretch them out more through use. these didn't really meet expectations.
