Disregard the negative feedback, yes there are some sharp edges. It’s an Industrial size barbecue grill! This isn’t some little flimsy grill, this is the real deal. It’s extremely heavy, they delivered mine on a pallet, I took it off the pallet and used a 2 wheeler to move it to the back yard. Once in close proximity to the deck (where it’ll be going) I started to unbox it. Let me just say it was boxed better than anything I’ve ever bought. All 4 corners are a thick cardboard and there is a piece of plywood on the bottom of the box and on the top. Each piece is sandwiched with foam, cardboard and in plastic bags. The wheels alone are bigger than my tool box wheels in the garage and they are heavy duty! This grill is amazing! It’s everything you would ever need. No it doesn’t come with a rotisserie, it doesn’t say that it does. I’m sure you can add one on. The top is assembled/burners/knobs and lid. You’ll need help lifting it out of the box, but once that part is out? The rest is all lying flat below it. Inside the top part is the boxes with wheels and screws and the instructions. I assembled it myself, only took a couple hours and I wasn’t moving very fast. The instructions are clear, the pictures are great and if you’re missing anything you simply call the number on the yellow sheet that says IF YOUR MISSING PARTS CALL US. Mine wasn’t missing any, it came with extra screws just in case.
Like I said, this isn’t some cheap throw away grill, this is the real deal. The doors on the front are double wall stainless steel. They’re actually heavy for a door. Not cheap, not flimsy. I wore some gloves when we lifted the top half out of the box, after that they weren’t needed. Was more worried because of a comment here about someone getting cut badly.
Rule %231 when assembled ANYTHING made of metal. Don’t rush, don’t slide your hands on any parts. Take each piece out firmly and set aside. Each piece is numbered on the plastic bag itself, NOT on the piece. So don’t take each piece out of the plastic bag until you need to install it. Again I assembled it alone using a screw gun %232 bit. And a couple of places you will need the Phillips screwdriver . Take your time, follow the instructions and enjoy the last grill you’ll ever buy.
Oh by the way, once you install the AA battery/not provided, each knob ignited by PUSHING IT IN. That’s it, you just push the knob in, any of them and the ignition clicks. Hope this helps.
