I wanted a small microwave that had the stainless steel front and this fit the bill. I've only used it a few times and it did a great job each time. I like the way the door opens. It's an attractive appliance and the price was right

Love the appearance of this microwave it heats food evenly and efficiently. I love the safety lock for children that ensures it is indeed locked for use.

Needed something small for my daughter's dorm room and it didnt take up space like a larger model. Does what it needs to do, easy to use and looks great!

well the door to open latches already broke after my first use a week later and had to force the door open to retrieve my food and yes latches both broke

I wish I would’ve read the rest of the reviews because everyone had problems with the door and the very first time I went to use it when I went to close the door it broke. Save your money. This is an absolute waste.

I can not heat my frozen meal in this microwave or even heat a cup of coffee. The directions for use are extremely cryptic

This is a small microwave where you can't even pop a bag of popcorn. way too expensive for something so small. i also ordered a white one, and it came in black. either way, I don't want it. So I will be returning it.
