I normally wear a 14/16 When I held up the 14, I could see that it would fit. They did, but after about an hour they got so loose that I knew I'd need a belt to hold them up. So will buy a 12 next time. I particularly love the length and really wish these came in white so that I could wear them under my summer skirts...

These are very comfortable and cute shorts. Flattering in that they don't fit extremely tight on your thighs. If you are tall, like I am, and want shorts that come to your knees then you might want to look elsewhere. Even after releasing the cuff it still was a good 3 inches above my knees. I am 5'9, 60 years old and my legs from the knees up have seen better days. I know not everyone has legs as long as I do (35 inseam) but for those of you who do this is a heads up.

I ordered my regular size 12 but they are too big. I have a pair I've worn for 3-4 years that are a bit longer but I really like these shorts too, I got a darker color with no holes or cut outs. They are well made, finished seams on legs, comfortable, definite stretch. Though they are shorter than my old ones, the looser legs work well at a shorter length. I'm tall but over 70 so my skin is not as taut as it used to be but my long legs are my best feature. These shorts are still a good length. Just ordered a size 10, hope they fit.

I ordered a size 14, and they were way too big, exchanged for a size 12, and they are still too loose. I like the longer length of these shorts, I just wish I could actually wear them. Exchanging for a size 10 with my fingers crossed.

I LOVE these shorts! I like the Bermuda style for work & being in a kitchen they aren't so heavy that they make u hotter. I bought a size down by accident & they fit perfectly. definitely buying more because comfortable shorts are hard to find

I am so glad I ignored the reviewers that said they were huge and to size down a size …they are perfectly true to size , and very comfortable and flattering for a 62 year old woman …

I do like these shorts and the best price for denim shorts that I have found, but... I will be stitching up the "ripped" look. The darker denim doesn't have the rips.

I really like these. They fit well. I unrolled the cuff so they'd hang longer. Shorts are comfy, not tight.

These are not Bermuda shorts. They are shorts. Bermuda shorts go almost to the knee.
