Grilled chicken and broccoli would be the best choice when choosing a frozen healthy meal it hold a lot less sodium then most choices and mainly because of no extra sauces! But it's absolutely delicious and coast efficient!

Honestly I think in a pinch it's fine - but with better planning you can get a healthier and better meal. It's very tasty! Ingredient content is still a little sketchy.

The grilled chicken broccoli Alfredo is my favorite frozen mean from healthy choice it doesn't have that it was frozen taste like some of the meals have. The chicken is also good as well as the noodles.

I tend to only eat these when I am in need of a quick meal verse ordering takeout. Never enough protein so I feel they aren't satisfying. This is one of the better flavors.

Great pasta, great sauce. But the chicken tastes very plastic like and rubbery. It is easy to prepare however. Hopefully the company can upgrade the chicken for the cost of it. I don't think I would recommend this.

Great meal for a healthy lunch. This is one of my favorite frozen meals. It gives me protein and veggies. I sometimes add seasoning but it's okay without. Perfect for busy days to throw in the microwave

This is one of my go to quick meals. I love Alfredo, and my only complaint is that the sauce needs to be a little thicker, and there also needs to be more of the sauce. It's still a good meal though.
