This dish is just ok. I love the concept but I feel like there needs to be more seasoning, especially on the chicken. I do like how the broccoli doesn’t get soggy and seems fresh.

I love these meals. Low carb, natural ingredients. Everything tastes fresh. Low calorie and fills you up without feeling uncomfortably full. A little pricey so I would only buy a few a week.

wished there was more sauce. not a lot of alfredo flavor more just chicken and vegetables. was still a good easy choice for me though when losing weight

Great taste! The only thing I could complain about is the portion size was a little small and I became hungry a few hours later so having something to supplement this if you are taking it to work or school for lunch. Would purchase again for sure!

This product tastes homemade and is very filling. I love that it doesn’t take long in the microwave either as I don’t have long for my lunch during work.

I really like this flavor. This is one of my go tos for quick work lunches. The sauce isn’t bad but it could stand to be a bit more creamy. I do suspect if that were the case it wouldn’t be as healthy though.

This is very good for a healthy frozen meal. Great portion for one, and doesn't taste all dull and Sticky - not dried out. I ate this a lot when I was on a diet

Not as creamy as a like but thats probably the healthy part as well as the smaller portion size. Still tasty though and is quick and easy to heat and eat! And the broccoli isnt all just stems (although they are just as nutritious).
