The grilled chicken & brocolli alfred is sooooooooo good!!! I was looking at the nutrition facts on the back of the package and I think it's amazing both in low calories, high protein and only 9g of carbs ! it amazing!!!!! Try it < you'll love it!!!

This was very tasty! I find this flavor hard to find so have only been able to try it once but it was delicious! I eat one of these almost every day for lunch. Convenient and healthy for on the go eating!

This was really good! I’m wondering why there is no diabetic exchanges or no info My Plate servings. (There’s a link to My Plate on this site yet no info on the package about how many servings of veggies, protein, etc.)

I've had several times and is very good. I always add vegetables and cook an additional minute to get them soft. Add a handful of cherry tomatoes or bell pepper and you get additional veg serving.

I've finally found a convenience meal that doesn't contain pasta, rice or potatoes. I've recently had gastric bypass and I can't eat any of those things. I love that it has 27g of protein and only 4 net carbs.

Really enjoy the meal, keto friendly.. but is the chicken cooked before hand? basically, if the chicken isn't cooked perfectly, will I get sick from raw chicken?

Finally a low carb meal wth brocolli and lots of chicken and WITHOUT the pasta, rice & potato fillers that load the carbs on. I have been looking for these alternatives as I need to maintain my carbs.

This meal was good, but could be much better if the sauce had the Alfredo flavor. I would buy it again because of the taste and the calories, but I would add a little sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
