They are perfect not many calories and very healthy. The taste was on point and not disappoint at all for what I paid for it. I would leave it as is. In ways of improving I would say make it a bigger size but rather then that I will continue to buy

Solid choice if you’re looking for a quick low-carb meal. It heats up really well. Out of the handful I’ve had only one has had slightly gross chicken.

I liked it, it was easy to make and it tasted pretty good. My family liked these a lot and I will probably buy these again! It is good quality for the price and I would probably recommend this to other people!

This is god to but when you are a college kid and always on the move and don’t have time to meal prep for a diet or even just to eat something quick before your next class or work.

Everyone in our family enjoys this one! Quick and easy with a great taste! The adults in the family eat just this as a meal while the kids eat it over rice or noodles!

Very good taste and flavor! Doesn't taste like a frozen meal at all! Be careful when eating this if using Weight Watchers as they are a little high in points

Yum! As far as frozen meals go, this is my favorite one. It’s low in carbs, quite filling, and the sauce is yummy. I always keep this in the freezer at work.

Love how tasty this turned out! It was a great lunch meal while on a low calorie diet. It wasn't mushy or poorly seasoned. This is definitely going to be a staple in my freezer moving forward, highly recommend!

Not too bad for a healthy frozen meal. Chicken isn’t the best but the alfredo has a really good taste. I would probably add more sauce though. And it’s a bit pricey but most healthy foods are these days.
