This is one of my favorite “healthy” freezer meals. I don’t eat it often but it’s definitely delicious! It has a lot of broccoli (which I love), good amount of chicken, and enough sauce to cover. Quick, easy, and good!

I thought this bowl tasted really goo. It felt very light and tasted great. I would definitely recommend this is a quick and healthy meal. Great if you need something quick to eat.

I’m super picky about the texture and fat in all meats. I have to practically pick apart my food so this was difficult, because the meat was weird in my opinion. flavor was good, just the chicken was difficult for me but I’m also weird

First off, you get mainly broccoli. I think it's a stretch to call it alfredo. There was barely any sauce, all I could taste was bland broccoli and chicken. Add more sauce.

I liked the taste of this Alfredo a lot better than some other frozen entree options out there. If anything, trying to reduce the sodium content so that this healthy choice would feel like I’m eating more fresh than frozen.

This should be called grilled chicken and broccoli stems because there is barely any broccoli florets in it. Picture on the box is misleading. Put the florets in it and it would be delicious.

This is one of my go to’s. The flavor is great and these meals are so easy. The chicken doesn’t get soggy or weird. I wish there was a little more in each package but it is so easy for a quick lunch or dinner on the go. I would buy again.

Perfect for low carb, high potassium, huge protein and moderate fat. It tastes incredible and there’s literally nothing to love. The day they stop making these, I riot.

I love it..! It was amazing it personally made me full and I will say it filled me up quickly. I feel the only thing that could change would have to be it should have abit more seasoning to it. And that’s honestly all.

Delicious! Will definitely buy again. Very flavorful and creamy and you wouldn’t even know it’s a diet option. Still a little high in carbs and sodium though.....
