The grilled chicken & brocolli alfred is sooooooooo good!!! I was looking at the nutrition facts on the back of the package and I think it's amazing both in low calories, high protein and only 9g of carbs ! it amazing!!!!! Try it < you'll love it!!!

These quick and easy freezer meals are usually not the healthiest, but if I opt to get any it will usually be Healthy Choice. I enjoy any of the steamer meals and this one with chicken and broccoli is one of my favorites.
