This was really good! I’m wondering why there is no diabetic exchanges or no info My Plate servings. (There’s a link to My Plate on this site yet no info on the package about how many servings of veggies, protein, etc.)

What’s not to like about Grilled Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo? It has perfectly grilled chicken, atop delicious noodles with creamy Alfredo sauce and wonderful broccoli. You just do not get much better than this AND it is good for you!

Great taste! The only thing I could complain about is the portion size was a little small and I became hungry a few hours later so having something to supplement this if you are taking it to work or school for lunch. Would purchase again for sure!

Ate this in college a lot fast meal in minutes. Not big portions but if you are trying to keep portions small perfect meal size. And not much to clean up just throw everything away when you are done.

These freezer foods are great for people that don’t have time to cook a full corse meal:) They come in really handy when you work late. They are really healthy and would definitely recommend this product to anyone!!!!

When I forget to meal prep I usually take one of these to work. This is one of my favorite ones. My only down fall with this healthy choice product is after eating it, I still feel hungry.

Super watery and bland. It's easy to prepare and healthy but the taste and texture are awful. I don't think I'd recommend this to anyone but people seem to enjoy it

I really like the price point and how flavorful this is. Super easy and fast especially on those nights when I don't feel like cooking. It does great very hot so please be careful.

this is one of my favorites from healthy choices. It’s nice because there is no bread but still is really fulfilling and tastes good. Easy to prepare.

I love broccoli & chicken too. I found you got a good amount of each too. The seasonings were so good it was crazy to me that I was eating something healthy. I would purchase this product again!
