First off, you get mainly broccoli. I think it's a stretch to call it alfredo. There was barely any sauce, all I could taste was bland broccoli and chicken. Add more sauce.

I think this is the highest end of frozen meals. It’s more expensive then other frozen meals but it’s worth it. You get a good portion and the quality tastes home cooked. It’s very convenient for me to heat up and take to work

This is delicious! I kind of like that there isnt any pasta because it feels like a lighter meal. Its super quick and low calorie, but it doesnt taste bland at all. I would definitely buy this again.
