Ate this in college a lot fast meal in minutes. Not big portions but if you are trying to keep portions small perfect meal size. And not much to clean up just throw everything away when you are done.

Extremely light for lunches. Simple and tasted great. It was a good value for a lunch. I did end up having to add some salt and pepper, but otherwise would buy again.

Usually we hate freezer meals but on the rush and this was super easy to make and like no freezer taste! It's taste so creamy and yummy! I always try to remember to pick up a few when I know a busy week is coming up!

I thought this product did a good job of incorporating fresh vegetables with a lean chicken. I would deem it fairly healthy for this reason, with a limited amount of additives.
