This is one of my staple frozen meals for lunch. As someone who is extremely busy during the day and has a hard time finding time to eat, much less something that is low carb and healthy, this is one of my go tos. It is delicious, low carb, and of very good quality. The chicken doesn't have the usual weird texture you find in frozen meals. It tastes very good. The broccoli still has a little bit of crispness that steamed fresh vegetables are supposed to have. Sometimes I add a little grated manchego and parmesan cheeses to the sauce to give it an extra kick of flavor and thicken the sauce a little more. Highly recommend.

I love this chicken and broccoli Alfredo! It's my favorite frozen meal. I don't care for the calories that usually come with eating the pasta in other dishes like this, so I was SO excited to find this one that is just the chicken and broccoli. It's SO good!

Out of all the heathy choice frozen food, this one is my favorite!! It does not taste like it came out of a freezer by any means, but instead taste very fresh and flavorful. The chicken is tender as well which is hard with frozen food. It is perfect for a healthy meal while trying to lose weight.

I like Healthy Choice meals because they're convenient and easy to make. On nights when I don't feel like cooking but want a nice meal this is my go-to. Not only are they good for you, but they are also ready in minutes, and fill you up. I will noteHealthy Choice that I've had bariatric surgery, so the portion is perfect for me. However, before the surgery, I had a much larger appetite so one of these would not fill me up. If I was eating a Healthy Choice for dinner, I had to eat two servings to get full. Yet, like I said I had a much larger appetite back then, but it's something to think of if you're a big eater. Otherwise, this portion is just right. My only criticism is that Healthy Choice could use more seasoning and flavor in their meals. I assume it's kind of bland due to its purpose of being healthy, but I have to add at least salt and pepper to my meals to get some flavor in the mix. Yet, adding seasonings doesn't make the meal any more difficult to prepare and it's better for people who prefer their food without seasonings. This way everyone can customize their meals to their pleasure.

The chicken and broccoli alfredo healthy choice meals are good. I like that the sauce is creamy and the chicken is good, though it could have more chicken but still good and they are pretty healthy, good for lunches. I would recommend them to others.

I really like this meal. I was glad to see these at my grocery store. Love that low carb options are finally available. Great flavor and quality . Healthy ingredients. I would buy again. Wish the quantity was higher, would be willing to pay more for more.

this was really yummy but not very filling. the portion size is what it should be but isn't something I am used to since i'm accustomed to fast food restaurants giving me giant portions. hopefully I can train my stomach to get fuller off of less so I can thoroughly enjoy these meals without having to make a snack right after

The chicken and broccoli combos are AMAZING! Just enough to fill you up, but not too heavy for mid-day. I love flavor and these pack quite a punch. I'd like to see these use less plastic, but the flavor and consistency of these is spot on. Definitely something I keep stocked in my freezer.

It had a great flavor, the broccoli to chicken ratio was proportionate. The sauce was delicious and I didn't feel like I was eating "diet food". I think that this is a healthy alternative to lunch or dinner that would leave you feeling satisfied and I would buy again.

Needs way more sauce. Your competition Lean Cuisine makes it better.
