Nice for a quick healthy meal when you don't have time to prep and cook a whole me. Especially helpful for those who are eating a different type of diet compared to the rest of their family. I would definitely buy this again to stow away for a day I need something easy

Very good choice if you need a quick meal that is on the healthier side. I've bought these a few times and choose them over ordering out. They are very easy to prepare and take no time at all to cook but in my opinion the sauce tastes a little bit on the watery side.

This is one of two of my go-to dishes at work. Healthy Choice makes delicious meals that are free of any preservatives and other added fillers. Steaming the entree with such wholesome ingredients really helps me to feel full, satisfied and that I've had a healthy meal. The sauces are perfectly seasoned, the steamed veggies are reheated away from the sauce, ensuring that the veggies stay crunchy! I definitely give this 5 stars!

The flavor was very bland. The chicken almost had a raw inside texture even though it is fully cooked. And I’m a huge fan of broccoli but this broccoli after being cooked was basically mush and just blended with everything else. I would have loved to seen more sauce as well.

I usually get a few different flavor healthy choices to eat for lunch at work. This however is not one of my favorite flavors. I would say it seems like there is a little too much broccoli and the flavor isn’t as rich as the Alfredo that includes pasta which is the kind I prefer.

This is great and super convenient for my lunches. Only 4g of carbs and 27g of protein! And REALLY good. This is my favorite of the Simply Steamers. And it’s not like those other low carb frozen meals that I feel try way too hard to be “keto”, it is what it says. I guess that’s why they’re called “Simply Steamers” lol

I am always looking for healthy lunch options! I have an intolerance to preservatives, and this frozen dinner meets the qualifications! The taste is great and it is the perfect portion. Not to mention, the price is on point! I definitely recommend this item to others!

I wish the Alfredo sauce was a little thicker but that’s a preference issue. The broccoli was surprisingly good and cooked inside the microwave. I carried this to the office for a quick, easy and filling lunch. If I could change one thing it would be to make the Alfredo sauce a little more hearty. It is supposed to be a healthier alternative so I assume that’s why the Alfredo is so light.

Wow, I can't get over how amazing this tastes, and I feel good eating it!! Everything comes together so well. The chicken is so tender and delicious and the broccoli is perfectly steamed. The Alfredo sauce brings it all together. It is absolutely amazing.
