This looked good on the box but didn't look ANYTHING like it once I opened it up. It looked bad, smelled bad and even tasted bad! Way too expensive for what you get. Small serving sizes too. Supposed to be a healthy choice but reading the ingredients, it's not a great choice.

I love alfredo so maybe I'm a little partial….but this is delicious! Everyone in the house will happily eat this meal, kids and husband! It is perfect to take to work for lunch. Lots of chicken and broccoli and plenty of sauce. Doesn't take too long to cook and is the perfect portion, not too much and enough not to leave you still hungry after.

I love these because they are super quick and easy while also keeping me macro conscious throughout the day. They have a great taste and are one of my favorites. I buy these repeatedly. Although, sometimes I feel as though they don't fill me all the way up at lunch time.

I've tried a bunch of their products, food. They are so good. They're definitely good value and not that pricey since what you're getting is amazing. I would improve maybe the packaging, I've had some issues with it. Pros and Cons I don't have and yes I would recommend!

This meal is the easiest lunch to take to work. This is always on my shopping list, and for good reason. The broccoli still has a fresh crunch and the chicken is seasoned perfectly. I would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for an easy healthy meal.

This is great alternative for dieting mainly low calorie or high protein diets. I love the savory chicken and sauce was so good. The portion is great so you get full and satifaction. Very delicious. I would recommend this product for people who perfer healthy food choices.

These are incredibly convenient, and reasonably portioned. Lately it has been watery, like a soup consistency even after allowed to sit and cool. Normally these are more tasty and fulfilling. They are worth using in a pinch and are a better choice than fast food.

Forgot to pack my lunch for work one day and was feeling ravenous by the time 1 PM rolled around. I wanted something quick and nutritious to grab from the food store and this was perfect -- low in calories, low in carbs, high in protein, good amount of fiber, included veggies, and had a moderate amount of sodium. Only took a few minutes in the microwave and it was actually tasty and absolutely hit the spot -- hunger vanquished! Plus, it was more affordable than ordering out. I would definitely get this again.

I've had this meal before and it's a good staple to keep in the freezer. It's easy to put in the microwave and cook, and it tastes fresh. It's relatively inexpensive for the quality. I've had other healthy choice meals as well- I'm partial to the steamers. Overall, I know these are a good bet for a good freezer meal.
