I have high blood pressure so I focus on low sodium/high potassium meals. This is one of my favorite healthy choices cause it has a high potassium to sodium ratio! Went to the doctor today and finally had a normal blood pressure reading after 6 years. No, it wasn't all due to healthy choice but it helped!

I love the taste of the chicken and broccoli i have tried many other brands and this one is by far the best. Maybe more variety. I wish that the brand in general would have different things.. Maybe even do some seasonal dishes that also change up depend on the popularity of it.

It's chicken and broccoli in some light alfredo sauce. It's really easy to make as well. Microwave the entire thing and simply flip the bowl of chicken and broccoli into the sauce below. You get a hot, healthy meal with very little calories. This has helped me cut down on calories in the past and lose some weight without feeling drained.

This is amazing I absolutely love the taste I cannot get over the amount of fiber that's inside of these poles it's perfect it's great low carb everything you're looking for such good tender chicken. And it takes absolutely no time at all to cook and it comes in a recycled Bowl.

Another healthy choice frozen meal that I thoroughly enjoy. Full of flavor and super tasty. Great for a quick lunch at the office when you know you have early dinner plans because it is not super filling so I find myself being hungry earlier when I have a healthy choice lunch.

The taste was good, a little bland but not as much as other microwave meals. For some reason when I grabbed this I assumed there would be pasta. My own fault, but every other chicken broccoli Alfredo meal I have had from other brands has pasta so it didn't even occur to me this was a possibility. Will definitely be willing to try again but will add my own noodles for sure!

Out of all the heathy choice frozen food, this one is my favorite!! It does not taste like it came out of a freezer by any means, but instead taste very fresh and flavorful. The chicken is tender as well which is hard with frozen food. It is perfect for a healthy meal while trying to lose weight.

Although we buy about 10 Healthy Vhoice Meals per biqweekly grocery trip, this one gets bought just about every time. My husband and 2 children would eat these for every meal if I let them. My only complaint is that it needs more sauce. I'm a sauce and noodle lover, for me, there's never really enough. So, I could be a bit biased there. But to have a healthier option such as this, that also included more Alfredo and possibly noodles, would make My day!!!!!

So good! I love it so much it's so rare to find healthy but delicious food that you can make easy and fast! I went out and bought every single flavor that they have. Also, the price is definitely right! I would definitely reccomend this to anyone trying to eat healthy!
