This product is not really for me and my household. We like home cooked meals so that way we can add as many different flavors as we want while still making sure we stay healthy. This product tastes exactly like the picture, one flavor. And the food it contains is all processed, which is far from a ‘healthy choice'. Although, if you want a quick meal with a few healthy-ish choices, I can say this is also far from the worst option.

If you're looking for a low carb easy option this is for you, I love to throw some garlic powder and pepper on top to round it out. Sometimes I just don't have the energy to make something after working out and this fits that bill. It's cheap and tasty.

I travel alot for work so I'm always in a hotel. These come in very handy when I'm in remote areas with no access to a restaurant (or vehicle). I like them because they are the healthier choices of frozen food. It's not enough to fill me but I still enjoy them.

Forgot to pack my lunch for work one day and was feeling ravenous by the time 1 PM rolled around. I wanted something quick and nutritious to grab from the food store and this was perfect -- low in calories, low in carbs, high in protein, good amount of fiber, included veggies, and had a moderate amount of sodium. Only took a few minutes in the microwave and it was actually tasty and absolutely hit the spot -- hunger vanquished! Plus, it was more affordable than ordering out. I would definitely get this again.

The chicken is mixed with soy so must be pressed chicken breast mixed with other ingredients .... weird there’s not that much of it could you just put unaltered chicken breast. The Alfredo sauce was not thick but a watery gross consistency.... will not buy again ... nothing close to whole healthy food how can someone do chicken and broccoli so poorly

I've been eating the chicken and broccoli since it's been on the shelves and I have always loved it as the perfect go-to lunch. However, lately the broccoli has been stalk more than floret and some pieces inedible due to the hard fiber on the stalk. It feels like someone is cutting corners in this product and it is making me rethink future purchases.

Most diet products do not taste good. Part of the reason why I hate dieting is I want to be able to enjoy my food that I am allowed to have. Substandard diet quick meals make it hard when you are trying to stay good. This however is a great option for somebody who likes flavor and does not want to have to spend a lot of calories.

Low calorie, low carbohydrate, vegetables. The packaging is easy to deal with, the price is always right, and in a hurry or in a pinch? I always enjoy this meal. Recommended.

Who doesn't love a good Alfredo, am I right? The cream, the cheeses-um, can you say delicious?! The only, and only one, problem I find with Alfredo is the exponentially high amount of calories. That is why I was so excited to discover Healthy Choice's Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo. To be completely honest, it does not have enough Alfredo in the dish for my taste, but if you are looking for a way to cut calories and still eat something yummy, this dish is the way to go! I would certainly recommend this Healthy Choice meal to anyone!

This meal is the easiest lunch to take to work. This is always on my shopping list, and for good reason. The broccoli still has a fresh crunch and the chicken is seasoned perfectly. I would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for an easy healthy meal.
