It was really good! I mean for frozen food. The sauce was more on the thicker side which I really appreciated. The only thing I would change is the portion.. it is kinda small. It was good for what it is, hard to say that it was the best meal ever because it was frozen.

When I was younger this was my go to frozen meal. The flavor is timeless and it can agree with anyone’s flavor pallet. I would love it if there was more sauce, but it works just as well without. The only issue I have with this (and it's so minor) is that the amount of food doesn't always justify the price, but that varies by grocery store. It's only 190 calories so I supplemented this with another low sodium frozen meal from lean cuisine and it was soooo good. I combined this with the pasta primavera for 450 cals. Delicious and very filling. the chicken is good quality and the sauce was just enough to cover everything. Highly recommend to fellow dieters.

The sauce was pretty delicious, however the chicken was a bit chewy. And it wasn't the downpoint of the meal. But either than that, everything else was pretty good. If you want to try something new, I recommend this. There's also a good amount of protein if you are trying to have a lot of proteins daily.

Great quick fix! I buy these and they’re very quick and convenient for lunch time! I’m new to this brand but I am extremely excited to try more. They don’t make me feel bloated at all but they do fill me up. I did have to add some cheese and garlic salt but that’s just for my own personal taste.

It is one of my favorite...I've been purchasing this for years and I would highly recommend this to others...it is healthy and delicious and the kids love it...it always tastes fresh...the chicken and broccoli always tastes fresh...I would buy this again...

Unfortunately this brand and other healthy frozen dinners tend to have quite unsatisfying portions. It's also lacking flavor for sure - I had to add my own seasoning and parm. However the calories are reasonable and it is extremely convenient so I don't regret purchasing.

A delicious choice for lunch or dinner! This was better than a lot of other health brands versions of chicken and broccoli Alfredo. So easy to make just pop in the microwave for I believe 4 to 4 and half minutes and done. It doesn’t seem like a lot but it is filling.

🍴SO FILLING🍴 This is probably the most filling frozen meal I’ve ever had, yet not too heavy. Other pastas with broccoli that I’ve tried have been watery with not enough pasta but these meals are perfectly balanced with a good amount of chicken too! Nice to grab and heat up to go. I gave this 4 stars as it is a bit pricey..
