It was a little light on the sauce and not as seasoned but not bad for a frozen healthy meal.

It’s a quick and perfect lunch. You get vegetables and protein and it tastes really good.

It looked and smelled good but had a 2 foot long black hair in it so I threw it out. Lame

I absolutely love this and I don’t think I would change it by any means. It’s is definitely healthy

Easy, inexpensive, tastes great and LOW carb too... (thumbs up)

Product is good when you don’t feel like cooking or even good for a fast and quick lunch.

The food 🍲 I ate religiously to lose 30 to 45 pounds This is only about 200 calories per bowl

Easy to pack in your lunch on the go and warm up quickly in the microwave on your lunch break. 

Love this dish--and I was able to not feel guilty about eating it since it is good for you.  

Not a bad healthy choice option - I have had better. The Alfredo sauce seemed watery.
