One of my go-to’s at home when I want something low calorie and light. Very good flavor and can be served over noodles as well.

This is a tasty, easy and quick meal without processed carbs...something I keep in the freezer for times I don’t want to cook from scratch.

Not really my favorite microwave meal. The meat comes out very chewy. I wish it came with more sauce. Probably won’t buy again.

A little watery and flavor lacking. I usually have to add salt and pepper to make it do able for me. But I like the convince of a quick meal.

My sons favorite meal is chicken broccoli Alfredo, having the meal available whenever I’m to busy to cook that’s still healthy is amazing.

This meal is great not as great as the chicken and rice bowl but still pretty good. A nice quick and easy meal that you can pop into the microwave.
