One of my go-to's at home when I want something low calorie and light. Very good flavor and can be served over noodles as well.

Good mix of chicken and broccoli. The alfredo is creamy and very flavorful. Some brands are bland, but not this one.

I love quick meals for a weekend or time where cooking isn't in the options. Only con is that it's not suited to be a full meal
