The grilled chicken and broccoli Alfredo is so good! Low carb and quick meal or snack. I usually like these before i go to the gym to give me energy but not weigh me down. Healthy Choice pastas are great too!

It's perfectly fine for freezer food! I keep these in my freezer as a last resort to bring to work if I didn't pack a lunch. It's a good serving size for lunch, I can't imagine only having this size serving for a dinner.

obviously freezer meals are never the best but these healthy choices ones specifically always have a lot of meat and the vegetables even taste good quality. i have tried many different types of this brand and ive liked pretty much all of them.
