Great for a quick, healthy lunch at work and you can't beat the price

This is a good dish worth 3.5 stars out of the box, but I add a couple of things to it to make it a 5-STAR Keto dish and THAT is my favorite boxed dinner. You will need the following: One tablespoon of butter One tablespoon grated parmesan cheese One tablespoon heavy cream I heat the frozen meal for 3.5 minutes, remove the film and the chicken and broccoli strainer. In the sauce on the bottom, I add the butter, cream and parmesan and I mix until the butter is melted and it's well mixed. Then I add the chicken and broccoli to the sauce and mix the whole thing together, and microwave the whole thing for one minute. You will love it and have a GREAT Keto meal. TRY IT, it's not that much trouble!

I love the convenience of these and loaded with veggies . I also never use the sauce, so the way it is steamed with sauce being in another bowl is perfect . My Husband loves the sauce and whole deal . We buy a variety of these , our freezer is always stocked . I don't use the sauce as they taste just wonderful the way they are , also to cut down calories , sodium etc. I absolutely will continue to buy these .

Best frozen diet meal I've had in a while. When I first started looking for healthy frozen meals I had no clue where to begin but this is one of my go to meals for any meal of the day what's better than a quick healthy frozen meal on the go?! Many different varieties and meals.

These frozen meal was delicious! I have tried several frozen alfredo dinners and am usually let down. This dinner was packed full of flavor even though it's a healthier frozen entrée and the broccoli in it was a great mix. I will totally be buying this one again. Plus, my picky 15 year old loves it so that says something as well!

I'm on a keto diet so it can be hard to find delicious easy meals to eat! So, I went and found this at my local store! I was a little hesitate, however, I added some cheese on top and it was the best frozen easy meal! It was so good and extremely fulfilling!

Lifestyle changes but too busy to prep homemade meals, I grab these. Good taste and price friendly, I can stock up my freezer on these and not feel guilty. They never seem too heavy on my stomach and they always satisfy my hunger until the next meal.
