This is pretty much the only frozen meal I will buy. Perfect, easy lunch on the go at work. I usually add some seasoning to upgrade it, but pretty good for a frozen meal! Not the absolute most filling, but gets the job done for a few hours.

For weight watchers this meal is only a single blue point for a decent amount of great tasting food. It's easily to heat up and well worth a place in the freezer.

The grilled chicken broccoli Alfredo is my favorite frozen mean from healthy choice it doesn't have that it was frozen taste like some of the meals have. The chicken is also good as well as the noodles.
