This is a great lunch treat; it seems sinfully rich, but is low-carb, low sugar, low fat. I am going to stock all of the varieties at work for a quick lunch.

I love healthy choice! It has enough food to keep me full in one container and they have so many options. A little more than a traditional TV dinner but you get what you pay for. Would recommend!!

I have had this product many times, however today I spit most of the chicken back out and threw it in the trash because it was full of fat and grissle.

When I’m on the go, I turn to healthy choice. There’s so much flavor in these meals. They’re also super light which is my fav because I’m doing my best to really watch what I eat these days. I enjoyed this meal without feeling guilty, so will you :)

I don’t love this one as much as some because I think the chicken can get a little dry. But it is a good choice in a pinch. It’s easy to make and works for office lunches!

These ones you get a little bit more Food for your buck. They were alright but they are just a microwaveable meal and can only be so good. Very easy to prepare.

This is my absolutely go-to for quick snacks or lunches. It comes with a small tray that makes it very easy to mix together after heating. Perfect if you’re on a low carb or keto diet. I like to add basil pesto to mine for an extra kick.

Grilled chicken and broccoli would be the best choice when choosing a frozen healthy meal it hold a lot less sodium then most choices and mainly because of no extra sauces! But it’s absolutely delicious and coast efficient!

I love this grilled chicken and broccoli Alfredo! It’s definitely a go-to whenever I don’t have time to pack lunch. It’s the perfect portion and it’s easy to prepare. I always have these in my freezer! 100a% recommend.
