I eat this frozen meal occasionally for lunch when I need something quick and easy. I only give three stars because sometimes the chicken seems rubbery and I have add extra seasoning to make it more flavorful.

I like how these meals are super delicious but are healthy. Not too much fatting things in the food so you can just eat them with out having to worry about. Gain all of weight.

I love this as a quick, healthy meal choice. Just pop it in the microwave & you have a healthy meal quick enough for any lifestyle. Being healthy isn't as hard as it seems with easy options like this one, also super delicious!:)

I really liked this Meal the only thing I found negative was i didn't get full from it. Also you need to be very careful when grabbing after cooking. It's very hot.

Omg there's so much broccoli! I hope it's just a one time fluke. The over all taste is delicious and creamy and very healthy for under 200 calories. Overall satisfying homing the next one I buy has more chicken

Yum! As far as frozen meals go, this is my favorite one. It's low in carbs, quite filling, and the sauce is yummy. I always keep this in the freezer at work.

I enjoyed this product and I would try it again. It tastes good, it's got good ingredients. I am a repeat customer for this product. It could have less sodium in it.

I've tried this a few times and I would definitely recommend and buy again, cooked right the broccoli is crunchy a little still, and the ingredients blend together to create a flavor that is ojt of this world

So I feel that the flavor could be a bit more stronger in the seasonings, but I ended up adding my own. Once I add my own seasonings then the flavors were good.

I love anything Alfredo it is my favorite pasta so obviously I had to try this. I love this brand because they always have tasty options. I enjoyed this meal and even bought more. It was filling and tasted good.
