Okay so I'm keto, this was a GREAT MEAL to have on hand for something quick, satisfying, and healthy. It's one of the cheaper healthy frozen meals so it doesn't break the bank. It packs a lot of flavor and the chicken is tender and juicy!

This-is one of my favorite meals. HONESTLY, so rare to find and then the grocery store runs out every single week. I have to eat like a low carb, but no small seeds, and no wheat gluten. This is a once a week meal, if I can get it!

Very easy when you be hungry and have no time to cook, good enough to make you full plus is healthy choice as they name it, I do really like and I always pick it when I'm being hungry and also the price is worth it.

Love this for easy lunch. It's very low on WW points and I can split it with my 1 year old. I'll add a shake of my favorite seasoning to kick it up a notch but it's great on its own.
