Love the ice! Easy to set up and use. The only problem is that although it technically could hold more, the ice always gets stuck and then it reads that the basket is full and won't fill anymore. So it really only “holds” about 2/3rds of what it claims.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Right out of the box, and after the hassle of running 3 cleaning cycles as suggested in the (poorly written) manual, no ice was ever produced. It was plugged in for 18 hours, every direction was followed to a T, and nothing.
