The size is a perfect fit 7/8 and there is a built in short under the decorated layer. My granddaughter will surely wear this throughout the Summer season.

Stars and Stripes adorable girls outfit was a great fit! The design is super cute for 4th of July or Memorial Day! The only bad thing is the shirt is a little short. My daughter tucks it into the skirt but it keeps popping out. Not a fan of showing tummy on my daughter.

This outfit is incredibly adorable! The skirt is actually a skort and the material is so incredibly soft, this will not cause any irritation. The shirt feels very soft as well. These will also pair nicely with other outfits as it is simple, but stylish.

I recently received 2T - Counting Daisies Girl's 2 Piece Summer Stars Tutu Set. The outfit it runs true to size. The 22 is well attached and has built in shorts that will fit a pull-up or diaper over them. It’s soft and stretchy and very well-made. The colors are bright and vibrant and the material washes very well.

Very cute 4th of July outfit! Memebers mark always makes good quality and festive holiday outfits and this is no exception. The tutu has built in shorts which we love! The sequin details on the tutu are cute as well. My only complaint is that the shirt is short. It would be nice to find regular length shirts as younger girls dont need to be wearing shorter shirts and unfortunately when they are sold as a set we can't just size up for the shirt.

Very cute and adorable toddler girl outfit. The top set I got is red with boot design. Top is cotton feels thick, great quality not a cheap thin top. Skirt has built in shorts then a layer of white fabric under the 3 layers of colors. Will be great for July 4th.

I also appreciate that it has built-in shorts. My toddler’s very active and it’s one less thing I have to worry about. Lastly, the design is so cute! The shimmery tutu and the shirt design are perfect! My daughter loves it too! She immediately put it on and started dancing around. I definitely recommend!
