Damaged Item

Super cute and my son loved it, but the inner lining ripped after just 5 minutes of wearing it around the house. I purchased it in-store, and now it’s sold out there. It’s available online, but I’d have to pay for shipping—which is exactly why I went to the store in the first place. I reached out to Sam’s Club customer service, but they weren’t able to help or cover the shipping for a replacement, and the experience was a bit frustrating.
