Wonderful yummy cake for the price! I will say you can’t really do any extras like filling or marble but I ordered one layer chocolate and one vanilla and it was the perfect cake for my kiddos indoor celebration. The decor was just like the photo and cake was yummy!

The cake was so pretty and it taste great! The only issue I had is that they NEVER answer the phone (cake dept) I get transfered and nothing I called several times for a week

App states place by 2pm and you can pick up next day. Tried placing two days ahead then next day and talked to 2 people in department on different days. One said call back tomorrow and next said sorry can only do online. No inquisition or trying to see if there was a reason. Or possible solution or alternate. Guess one more reason customer service is not a priority. And Automation is not going to explain why one thing is said and promise not fulfilled.
