I did engage with phone message system when I had trouble signing in. but I figured it out

The product is efficient to use.  It makes filling out the state form very easy.

Great Tax Software

Still Number One for me.  I have been using TT since it came out!

I have used TurboTax for years - no longer - Have to download a program to your computer - then get it to open so you can put in a special code. Worked for 1 hr 22 minutes to get it to take the code to no avail. Then couldn't get it deleted from my computer to load in the other product to submit my sons tax returns. wasted money on Premier and Deluxe - had to just pay Turbotax direct.

Poor Process - No Longer a Turbotax Fan

We use Turbo tax on a regular basis, but this year it seemed less user-friendly.  Several times I had to manipulate the program to get it to properly show what I had put in.  Several glitches in this year's program!!
