Overall, it was an easy process but I am super angry to have to pay for e-file of state return and refuse! Wont use turbo tax anymore!!!!

I have been using Turbo tax for the last 12 years. I have never experienced a problem with it and it is always up to date on the changing tax laws.

I've been using TurboTax for several years. This year was not as easy to use as last year's,but still a worthwhile product.

I called TurboTax for help and talked to Francis. He was very helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to keep me informed !!

The quality of turbotax is not as good as prior years. Things are harder to enter and the help screens for entering retirement accounts are blank.

Easy to use, always accurate, makes data input easy, year to year comparison helps to make sure nothing has been missed.

Easy, Fast, and Accurate............. Just answer the questions as it guides you through...Have used Turbo Tax almost all my adult Tax filing life

I've used this software for years with no issue until now. Major issue with state income tax filing and no topics could resolve the problem.

TurboTax is relatively easy to use as it guides you step by step through the process of doing your taxes. I have used it for many years.

I ALWAYS TRUST TURBO TAX FOR ACCURACY, BUT THIS YEAR IT WAS A LITTLE HARDER ENTERING EVERYTHING. IT WAS MUCH MORE DETAILED.
