Easy to use and get online help. I've used for years, and wouldn't even think about using anything else

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I wish you would make it simpler to get into processing form 1099LTC.

Very easy to file. My only issue is that sometimes, the program messes up the address - city name and zip code. Otherwise, it is good.

I have used TurboTax for many years and found it to be very easy to use. They ask all the questions and that helps me a lot.

The support person was very helpful, courteous and did a great job of finding the information that I needed.

Support is very good, representatives know their subject intricacies, were able to answer complex questions and scenarios

Told me I had too many characters in a form but did not allow me to modify the form. Prevented me from submitting it electronically

Turbotax covers 99.9999% of the tax file filing services I require to complete my federal and state taxes.

i have been using TT for years. did not populate my online info and had to input everything manually. not a good service.
