Normally love Turbo tax. I help my family with it. I just filed my own taxes, 4th federal file done with my account. It just popped up I hit my 5 allowed. Little concerned on their counting skills at the moment.

GREAT PRODUCT, I HAVE BEEN USING TURBOTAX SINCE EARLY 1980. I FIND IT VERY EASY TO FOLLOW AND THE PROGRAM COVERS MOST SUBJECTS, DEPENDING ON YOUR NEEDS TO FILE. THEY HAVE A PROGRAM FOR WHAT YOU NEED.

This year's TurboTax interface was the most confusing I've ever seen. I do not like the way options / choices are presented. It took me longer to sort through the individual icons than selecting my option using plain English language.

I have used TurboTax for years and appreciate the ease in using it. I am never appreciative of needing to upgrade in the middle of completion. Deluxe should have included everything I needed, my taxes are not that complex.

Agent helped me with a problem retrieving tax data from one of my financial institutions. She was very helpful and identified the problem, which was on the side of the financial institution, not TurboTax.

I could not easily ask a question this year I needed help with entering and importing info from a 1099b,div etc eventually solved my issue myself but with less confidence than i have had with a download

Didn't work with my mac operating system. Charged for the program, charged for an extra state, charged to efile (each state)... tried to sell me multiple extras... annoying and makes me want to consider using a different company next year.

Mostly good, however, Turbo Tax need to have a means for the user to provide an estimated income for the following year and generate ES vouchers for that income.

Once again Turbo Tax has made my taxes easy to do. I especially like the feature that allow Turbo Tax to connect to my financial accounts and extract on the pertinent information to complete my taxes.

Excellent, needs a couple of tweaks: I urge you include both the question about main home in US for more than half the year and input of the IRS Identity PIN in the initial Personal Info interview!
